In order to meet the explosive growth of new businesses entering the deregulated energy market we are currently seeking aggressive entry level or early career outside sales professionals to join our team in Woburn, MA. The Commercial Account Executive is responsible for all aspects of the outside sales process including prospecting, solution selling, and ongoing customer retention. Your goal will be to build lasting partnerships with decision makers, resulting in increased sales that will drive company growth. This will include assessing clients' needs and recommending appropriate energy supply management solutions to meet customer objectives.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, success oriented, resilient, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Negotiation skills and persistence are imperative. Knowledge of the energy industry, economics and/or commodities sales is a plus but not required.

Senior Accountant
Patriot Energy Group is currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in Woburn, MA. We are looking for local candidate only.
- Job Description:
- Prepare Budget versus Actual Monthly Variance Analysis
- Review GL Accounts and prepare JEs when needed
- Reconcile sub-ledgers to GL
- Reconcile cash accounts
- Process all accounts payable (code bills, enter in QB, pay bills - this is low volume)
- Process all accounts receivable (process payments, reconcile expected payment to actual received and refer issues to Ops - this is low volume)
- Process all Payroll (1 day a month)
- Process all benefits
- Process and calculate all commissions (3-4 days a month)
- Bill and collect on problem accounts
- Manage communications with suppliers
- Worker Comp Audit, Insurance policies…
- Requirements:
- BS/BA in Accounting and 2-3 years related experience is required.
- Being organized and able to work in an environment that is always changing is an important prerequisite.
- Because we are a small growing company, a staff to handle clerical duties is not always available.
- Excel skills are a must and Crystal Reports would be a plus.

In order to meet the explosive growth in the energy industry Patriot Energy is currently seeking experienced Branch Managers in our Woburn, MA, Dallas, TX, Harrisburg, PA & Portland, ME offices.
The Branch Manager of retail sales is responsible for all aspects of the outside sales team. Responsibilities include the daily management of 4 to 8 Outside Sales executives whose responsibility includes prospecting, solution selling, and ongoing customer retention for Commercial and Industrial energy users. Your goal will be to build an effective regional sales organization that creates lasting partnerships with decision makers, resulting in increased sales that will drive company growth. This will include assessing clients' needs and recommending appropriate energy supply management solutions to meet customer objectives. Negotiation skills, proven transaction sales management in the Business-to-Business environment and a strong work ethic are imperative. Knowledge of the energy industry, economics and/or commodities is a plus. Five years prior sales management experience and 10 years direct business-to-business sales or equivalent is required.
